Rooms are good and spacious. I felt it gave me value for the money spent. There are lot of options around to get good food even at odd times. Not very far from the Katpadi junction railway station from where many long distance trains are available

Service very poor as in need to ask for every each needs and did not response when calling up for service. Food system very limited and need to be improved in terms of cleanliness Same goes to room, tiles clealiness and toilet need to be better enhanced as well water volume too low. Too many mosquitos in room at night. Please do something with it. Thank you

1. The property is well maintained. 2. Rooms are spacious. 3. Staff at the hotel are polite and helpful. 4. A well know restaurant Hotel Saravana Bhavan is part of this hotel complex. 5. Food is available from 7 am to 10 pm at the restaurant. 6. Room service seems to be restricted to Tea/ Coffee 7. Decent Wi-Fi connection

This hotel is located very close to bus stand and CMC.I stayed for the day in this hotel.The room was spacious and comfortable and it was maintained well.The service was poor,as most of my requests were either delayed or unnoticed.The complimentary breakfast provided was not good.Also we faced water problems and the hotel people delayed our program by 3 hours due to lack of water.The best part is Saravana Bhavan is located inside the hotel premises.Overall,it is a average hotel for a short stay,if you can tolerate the service limitations.
